How It Works
- “Push to Start” your order
- Let us know what type of laundry you have (clothes, bedding, home, pet, etc.)
- Select your type of detergent, wash/dry preferences, and delivery service speed
- Provide pick-up details and prepare your laundry for pick up
- We will pick up your laundry. Then, we will wash, dry and fold it. Finally, we will deliver it back to your door!
- Our Active Status indicator will keep you updated throughout the entire journey

Yes, of course! We keep every order separate from each other at all times. Each order is always labeled every step of the process and goes into their own machines.
Great question! And we have two reasons for this:
- Lighter but larger: Non-clothing items have separate pricing because typically these items weigh less than a standard laundry load of clothes but have more surface area and require the same or more resources to clean. For example, King Comforters on average weigh about 6-10 lbs but require large washer and dryer machine capacities due to their large size.
- Cleanliness: We want to keep rugs, shoes, and pet items separate from your clothes and bedding. So we like to use separate machines to wash your rugs and your shoes so that they do not mix with your clothing or bedding.
Bottomline, we will only charge for additional resources used. If we can wash and dry your order using a minimum amount of equipment and supplies, we will not charge you an additional cost.
Not necessarily! We always try to fit all like-items into the same machine. If we can fit all of your rugs into 1 machine and all of your comforters into another machine, then you will be charged the price of 1 rug and 1 comforter.
While these events are rare, we will do everything we can to resolve them. We will contact you immediately and come to an arrangement to offer reimbursement depending on the damage or loss.
For next day delivery, the minimum charge is for 30 lbs. For same day delivery, the minimum charge is 40 lbs. If your laundry weighs less than the minimum, we will charge the minimum at the minimum weight.
Once we complete your laundry, we weigh your bag(s) and update the final price in the App.
Nope! We pride ourselves in transparent pricing. You will only pay for the price per pound depending on whether you choose the next-day or same-day service along with any additional non-clothing items you may have, such as bedding, home, pet, shoes, etc.
Detergent, fabric softener, laundry scent beads, bleach, and delivery is all on us and you will not be charged for those.
We use the major brands, such as Tide, Gain, and Downy.
Yes, you can provide your own supplies to us and we will use it for your laundry. We will return any unused supplies when we deliver your clean laundry.
Not at all. If possible, you can leave your laundry in a safe place and inform us where it is located. We will collect it and let you know once we have it in our delivery vehicle. We will also coordinate with you to deliver your laundry back to you in a safe place.
